With over 20 years of legal experience, Lindsay is dedicated to helping families and individuals navigate difficult times. Beginning her career as a family law attorney, she now focuses on estate planning and probate. Lindsay assists families in planning for incapacity and death to minimize chaos and confusion.

She is passionate about educating the community on the importance of incapacity and death planning, aiming to remove the taboo around these conversations by highlighting their benefits.
Additionally, Lindsay works to raise awareness among other professionals involved in a family’s life—such as attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, financial planners, and real estate agents—so they can collaborate and provide comprehensive support when a loss occurs.

Lindsay has lived in Arizona since she was six years old. She has been married for over 20 years, has four children and a dog.  They enjoy camping, hunting, kayaking and traveling together.
